During the winter months, our days are often spent indoors…unless you prefer polar bear conditions. Look around your house or attic or basement. Or maybe right there in front of you. Do you own something that you’ve been itching to get rid of or replace? Perhaps it’s something your family outgrew.

Be sure to check out what programs or causes are supported by your local resale stores. Our favorite Christian resale store supports causes that we endorse. It’s a win-win.

If you’re mourning over the void of mid-winter garage sale, try different venues. Craigslist, eBay, or local FaceBook cites. But, be cautious of scams.

You might be surprised at what you can sell…or what you find. If you're a garage-sale-only personality, you might need to start organizing your own spring sale. Either way, make use of your time. The hunt is still on!
